Solo Season is a self-reflection tool, not a crisis service. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please don't wait for an e-mail — reach out to people who can help immediately, 24/7 and free:
We reply within two business days. If you're writing from inside the app (Settings › Help & Support), the e-mail opens with your app version and an anonymous device code already filled in, so we can help faster — nothing you've written in the app is included.

Apple handles all billing. Open the iOS Settings app › tap your name › Subscriptions › Solo Season › Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are decided by Apple, not by us. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy and ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open Settings › Premium Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the phone is signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Each device gets a free number of AI manifests per month. When they're used up you can tidy the vision on your phone instead, or go Premium for unlimited. The count resets at the start of the next month.
Only the text in that box, plus an anonymous device code and your language setting, go to our server, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude model through OpenRouter. We don't store your text. A call with Elia is different: your voice goes straight from your phone to OpenAI's Realtime API and never through our server. Full details are in Settings › AI & Privacy.
No. Your visions, step ideas and calls are used only to produce the reply you asked for, and they are never sold or used for ads.
Settings › AI & Privacy — switch off any feature. The app keeps working; ✦ Manifest then tidies your text on the phone instead.
Your vision, goals, habits and check-ins live only on your phone. We don't keep a copy. If you back up your phone to iCloud, the backup is Apple's.
Settings › Delete Account › confirm twice. This erases your vision, goals, habits and history from the device. Deleting the app does the same.
Check Settings › Daily Gentle Nudge is on and a Reminder Time is set, then check iOS Settings › Notifications › Solo Season allows notifications. Focus modes can also silence it.
